The NECA Board of Directors has been listening carefully to its members and their concerns about the current and future state of our industry. In response, they are investing $18,800 to conduct professional market research. The objectives of the research are to identify the root cause of the decline in car wash volumes and to determine attitudes, behaviors and desires regarding car washing at a car wash facility. Next Level International is conducting both focus groups and telephone surveys to meet the project’s objectives. Findings will be available to members so that they can make decisions on how to address their business challenges. This initiative is a great example of what we can do together as an Association that individuals may not be able to do on their own.
